Placing & Accepting Orders

When you place an order through Komorewear, you are making a request to purchase the products included in your order. After submission, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging that your order has been received.

An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that every item will remain available until fulfillment. Komorewear reserves the right to cancel or decline an order when necessary, including circumstances involving inventory limitations, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Prices, Charges & Payment

Product prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time. The applicable product price and shipping charge presented during checkout should be reviewed before an order is submitted.

Komorewear currently applies a standard $6.99 flat-rate shipping charge for applicable orders. Any applicable charges shown during checkout form part of the order total.

By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Shipping Terms

Orders are normally handled within 1 business day. Standard carrier transit is estimated at 2–6 business days after handling. Orders placed after the 5:00 PM EST Monday–Friday cut-off may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery is performed through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or circumstances outside Komorewear's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Please review the shipping details carefully before completing checkout.

Return & Refund Terms

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 60 days from the delivery date, subject to the requirements described in the Komorewear Return & Refund Policy.

Returned merchandise should be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition. Applicable original tags, packaging, and accessories should be included when provided with the order.

Eligible refunds are processed within 12 days after the returned merchandise has been received and accepted. Komorewear does not charge return or refund processing fees.
